One of Paul's very best ballads. Very compact and pretty. No wasted notes, words, or spacing. Too bad he can't come close to that quality today.

For all but a handful of songwriters a piece like this might represent the top of their craft. For McCartney, it's just another song in his back catalogue. It's been covered dozens of times but McCartney's original performance is definative.

Such a great and mellow song. Beautiful words and melody. This song and Mother Natures Son are my 2 favorite acoustic Beatles songs.
