The sales associate in the Pompano, Florida store was extremely loud, condescending and rude to an elderly lady who just wanted to keep her own glasses and get new lenses. I have never seen such horrible treatment of a customer. I am writing a letter to the district manager. Disgusting!...needless to say I walked out and will never be back. The prices seem to be too cheap..it makes me think they will mess up on my lenses, if they were that unprofessional.

They try to sell you extra stuff for your glasses without even asking if you want it. They just add it into the price. You have to ask specifically what they are charging you for, and then they dont really explain the options very well. So you think you are going to be buying less expensive glasses but they jack up the price with extra options that you may not want. BEWARE!
