Flowers were dying and falling out of bridesmaid bouquets. Flowers did not get to the reception until 1/2 hour before. Were supposed to be there 2 hours prior. They got there 15 minutes early so nobody was there and then drove around. One of our guests went to a florist and replaced them before they got there. According to the woman I talked to, they did nothing wrong and refused to refund any money. Would never reccomend to anyone. Nasty to their customers.

Customer service was terrible, and the flowers did not look that great. In fact, they got the order wrong & it took us half an hour to get someone to help us fix the problem, which they were not very happy about having to do, even though it was not my fault they got the order wrong. Unfriendly staff and expensive prices, go elsewhere!
