Some years ago I went to a Halloween party (at which most of the guests worked in politics) as John Ehrlichman. It was kind of fun, but that was probably the only kind of group that would have got the joke. And yes, there is some natural resemblance. Unfortunately....And I categorically reject any suggestion that there is an ethical resemblance.http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/7/7a/ John_Ehrlichman_in_1969.png

I almost went as Pericles last year for Halloween; I opted for Charlie Chaplin instead. Next year, I'll go as Pericles :)

I don't know if this counts, but I'm going as the Headless Horseman this year. I borrowed some Shoulder pads that I will wear over my head and covered with a Black Trench coat. The whole get up will add about six or seven inches to my Height, so I will be pretty tall and may Have to duck through doors. I'll also be wearing Motorcycle boots and black jeans, this is all the easy part of the Costume. I bought a child's doll that has Brown hair and kind of resembles me...assuming I did Botox. I ripped the head off the doll and drilled a Small hole in its mouth. Now the Hard part: I plan carrying my head (the dolls head) under my left arm. I rigged some airline Tubing into the mouth of the doll through the trench coat and will Lead to my Mouth. I am hoping that if I put a straw in beer and the straw in the dolls mouth, attach to the tubing and run it up the Sleeve and to my Mouth, I can still drink. It all sounds more elaborate than It actually is. If I can pull it off, it will be Awesome, if not...Bummer. Guess I'll find out in four Days.

I'd be torn on what to do. Some costumes have killer weapon options, but part of me would want to be Winston Churchill so I could get wasted and talk shit all night...
