So what was the deal with this guy? What kind of hold did he have over Anakin and his mother. It seems to me that even a ten year old child like Anakin would be able to wring Watto's neck without breaking a sweat. He was an annoying little pipsqueak. Did he have telekinetic powers that would prevent people much larger than him (ie. everyone) from beating him up? Or did he have embarrassing photographs of absolutely everyone in town?
