Enterprise Rentacar - 5313 N Sheridan Rd

Be very careful if you rent from this place.  I waited 4 hours for a car that was suppose to be there for my 11am reservation I'd made weeks ealier.  Messed up all my plans, and the staff didn't seem to care one bit.  When I finally called in to cancel the order all-together hours later, the woman said fine and hung up the phone.
