A Touch of Class Limo in Chicago Illinois screwed me over. Not only were they late, but they charged my card and then called me a list of expletives when I told them that MY PLANE WAS LATE -- Look at this companies reviews online.....Better yet, look at the reviews that this company used to go by 'All American Limo' or All American Limousine. (that is their 'first' company name, but was changed later). Even better....look at their reviews asall american limoorall amercian limousine at the BBB. They receive the coveted F rating. Only given to the worst of the worst. Do yourself a favor and just simply avoid this company, there are many out there that will give you the patience, respect, and kindness that a customer deserves.
