Cab Drivers should be able to speak and read english. This is America isn't it? I told the driver to take me to 8 S. Michigan and also show him the address and instead he takes me to Michigan and 8th Street that made me late for a meeting. Next time I will walk and get there faster and even though I do not know how to get around the city.

I called them an hour ahead of the time to take me to my FIRST DAY ON A NEW JOB! I do not live in a questionable area. They COULD NOT find ANYONE to come out & bring me from 26th St.(Bridgeport) to McCormick Place & didn't BOTHER to tell me that until it was already too late!
Horrible customer service!

I had not one, but two, negative experiences with this company. I don't usually complain to a company, but it was so bad I send them this... Twice I've reserved a cab via your online service to travel to Midway Airport. The first time was near the holidays, the cab showed up nearly 30 minutes late and the driver wasn't sure how to get to the airport from my apartment. I found this to be unprofessional, and honestly it created a significant amount of stress regarding my ability to make my flight on time. However, trying to be fair I also realized that it was a busy travel time and was willing to give your service the benefit of the doubt. So, approximately one week ago I reserved another car to travel to the airport. When it had not arrived to pick me up by 10 minutes after my scheduled time, I phoned your service to inquire and was told the car would be another 15 minutes in arriving. This is unacceptable, and again resulted in a very stressful situation as I attempted to reach the airport on time to make my flight. Twice I've attempted to use your service, and both times the same very significant delay on your part has occurred nearly causing me to miss my check-in time at the airport. I will not be using your service again, and I will be informing others of my experiences and encouraging them not to use your service as well.

Rude "customer service" people ... I never did get my cab from them, and I'll never try to get another one. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

WOW, they should be called Chicago Carriage LIMO not Cab and the price is the same. Nice looking cars, very clean, seemed to be roomier, driver said their cabs have a foot more leg room then any other cabs. They also carry umbrellas incase it rains. Also they were featured in Crains and Sun-Times. Great company, never taking limos again. Just opened a personal account with them 312-326-2221.
