He has shown himself to be a very good recruiter and a good tactician on offense. However, he has shown he is not satisfied with just a top ten school as he has shown by his repeated interviews with big name schools. The timing of LSU's was a slap in the face to all the Louisville fans and players. In addition, he does not seem to treat players he did not recruit with much respect, as seen by the lack of compliment towards his amazing quarterback, LeFors. All in all, he holds the potential to bring Louisville to greatness in the form of a BCS bowl. He mainly loses points for his attitude.

He's led my Cardinals to a likely #8 BCS ranking come Monday. He is 17-5, including 9-1 home, in 2 seasons. Can't ask for much more than that.
