06/01/2006 | IMO their best effort was the original mini-album which contained 'mesh', 'procession' and 'everything's gone green'. Now you can find these on 'Substance' which is all the casual listener needs. It has to be said NO could also be uninspired and plodding e.g. 'Brotherhood'.

02/04/2006 | Just a BRILLIANT electronic alt band who helped define the genre! Peter Hook had a magical way of creating very droning, plodding base lines that gave them a very original and respected sound that to this day, is very listenable. Timeless stuff!

05/04/2004 | First one of the best Gothic groups of all time with Joy Division until their lead singer hung himself, how goth ;) Then creating such classic albums like Low Life and Technique. Top surviving New Wave, Dance group with awesome music since they span from 1978 to current.

10/22/2003 | This is by far the world's greatest band of all time. When New Order was still Joy Division, they weren't quite there, but when it switched over, it became the ultimate band ! So many bands that are considered great today could learn so much from New Order. There music will always have a place in my heart, no matter what. We love you Bernard ! New Order rules. :)
