11/25/2007 | The Last great mario game from nintendo, nothing in recent years has come close to this game and they have tried very hard. For a 64 bit game this pushed the bounderies and left people gob smacked, goes to show that just because nintendo did not turn to disk games can live without flashy fmv scenes.

11/01/2007 | I disliked it. Some of the challenges were a bit too much. Overall it felt bland. It's a basic adventure, with some clever bosses, a good deal of challenge, and lack of innovation in terms of story.

03/02/2007 | This brings back old memories. I played this a lot. I liked all the levels and how you jump into the picture to get to them. I loved all those levels- you had snow levels, lava levels, all sorts of good stuff. Great graphics for the time, fun with great replay value. What more could you ask for in 1997? I played this too much. That endless staircase was crazy too. I miss this game seriously. It's me-a Mario!

11/28/2004 | Truly, one of the greatest games ever created. From the brilliant mind of genius Shigeru Miyamoto, Super Mario 64 is a truly mind-blowing experience. The first 3D game that I ever experienced, Mario 64 was innovative in so many ways. It is still the gold standard of 3D platformers, with its flawless camera systems, open-ended level selection, item-collection-and-boss battling fun, and side quests. The graphics were pure nirvana--clean, bright, and smooth as silk. The music was excellent, and the presentation was bar none. With endless replay value, this is a must own classic for anyone who calls themselves a gamer.

03/18/2004 | Every mario game is a classic and is the bomb. The only series that I think is better in my opinion is Zelda, but that is because I like RPGs. This game is good and the graphics are great 5 stars!
