He has been governor for a long time and has held his own. He has described his politics as mostly conservative with some libertarian influences. He is widely considered to be a possible candidate for President of the United States after Bush leaves office.

Needs to do much more to regain trust of people of Colorado, and also to do more to help constituents who suffer as a result of California draining the Colorado R.

Bill Owens is a very bad governor, Romer wasn't the best but much better than Owens. Owens cut taxes to impress the people, but now Colorado has been having massive, massive cutbacks because the state cannot raise taxes without a vote of the people. Owens wants to abolish the Colorado Higher Education system. Owens also caters to Denver and the heck with Colorado Springs and the rest of Colorado.
