If I had a zero, I would give it to her.  WORSE Gov. in Michigan EVER!!!  Tired of her blaming others.  Number 1 ~ MI laws states that the state board HAS TO balance their budget before Gov. leaves office ~ stop blaming Engler, Jenn!!!  Number 2 ~ she acts like a spoiled brat when she doesn't get her way! "If you don't agree to raise taxes, I'm shutting the state down!".  Good Lord ~ Jennifer, look @ other possibilities ~ and stop thinking it's your way or the highway!!  I vote for a recall!!!

Governor Granholm is the worst Governor Michigan has ever had.
Companies are leaving this state and those that aren't leaving are closing down or being taxed out of business. The only way she can think of to resolve a skyrocketing budget deficit is to raise taxes on of us who still live here.

I wish there was an option for NO stars here. I see nothing good coming of Granholm and her minions. She is crippling Michigan economy and losing jobs for us, daily. K-mart is considering relocating, Frito Lay has closed it's doors and with each passing day, more jobs are lost. She is taxing us to death, whether it be tobacco, gas, property, auto insurance and the price of licensing a vehicle and the taxes that businesses need to shovel out is causing these businesses to take their businesses elsewhere. I don't know who in their right mind voted this tax happy lunatic into office but I certainly hope they don't repeat this grave mistake. Please, take Jenny from the block out of Michigan and send her back to Canada!

I don't think what jrmanson said is true. she's not just taxing rich people she's attacking the middle class and middle class school systems. my education is important to me, it's too bad it's not important to granholm. my school has had to cut numerus programs and we have to work on rediculus budgets. college tutiton has gone ky high in michigan and granholm says we have to make these sacrifices if we want to pay off the stat debt, but she's bleeding the schools dry. forget about rich people, middle class people, or poor people granholm just isn't in touch with any people.

She needs to go. She's just like every other democrat out there. She likes to penalize the successful people in America by taxing us to death in order to provide social programs and other to aid lazy non motivated citizens.

She's costing us (the little people) more and more every day! How long will we tolerate her obvious disregard for us and our livelihoods?

She's smart and she cares. There is no one better to handle Michigan in this touch economy.

Considering the shambles that John Engler left the state in, she is doing ok. However, we still have to see if the pressure will get to her with the bad economy.

I just pray that the state can survive four years of her.
