 | Limpin' Trenchfoot (16) 06/15/2005 | Come Away With Me? Not if you're going to drone on and on in this series of one-paced downbeat dirges.

 | Guava Monkey (4) 03/31/2005 | It's not bad in the way that Westlife albums are truly dire. It's just that it's all very laid back and one paced offering no surprises. It'd be good to see Norah cut loose and crank up the guitars and do something unpredictable. Ultimately it's anodyne background muzak for poncey middle class dinner parties.

 | Skizero (13) 03/25/2005 | maybe one of the two or three most boring albums released in the last few years with the exception of anything by Clay Aiken and Josh Groban. at it's best this CD harkens back to a time when the music industry produced an abundance of talented singer/songwriters/torch singers. at it's worst Norah has created a snoozefest most heard in the background of some mid-30s Brooklyn Height, new baby couples dinner party.

 | Bird808 (52) 05/14/2004 | Norah Jones is what I call a REAL artist who plays her own music and writes her own songs which is almost a rarity in the music industry today...I'll give her that. When you think about it shes not a cheap imitation of anyone or a brand name it's all about the music and less about the publicity. However, I can't bare this CD, it depresses the hell out of me. She's a fantastic singer, musician, songwriter, but everytime I hear songs from this album I want to jump out of the window. I've heard some tracks from her new album Feels like Home, it seems a bit more upbeat and she still manages to keep her own unique style. I couldn't think of a more appropriate title as I like it a lot more than her first album, especially the track Sunrise.

 | AutoJC (0) 03/22/2004 | Norah Jones is a big star in the Smooth Jazz genre- this first effort will cement her status as such.

 | freebird_0128 (5) 11/26/2003 | The thing I really enjoy about Jones is that in a world of glossy, upbeat pop, she offers something classic and yet fresh. For an artist of her age, she is wondeful with a the calm soul of jazz and a wistful voice that takes you away.

 | Dibrini (0) 10/15/2003 | I had never bought a jazz recording until I heard about Norah Jones on NPR. Her voice is incredible and she will be mikng hit songs for a long time to come. Hard to belive that the guy who taught George Harrison to play the sitar is her pop though.

 | forgotten hero (13) 06/26/2003 | Norah Jones is nothing special. After hearing her I should have known that she'd get multiple grammies. It seems like awards are earned by producing lame music or awful movies.

 | finlore (0) 05/04/2003 | Come Away With Me is a CD I've played again and again since being introduced to it by my nephew. With quality like this in her first release, I think Norah Jones will amaze us all in coming years. Her voice and style have a depth and maturity that is rare even in many more experienced singers. I can hardly wait for her next release!

 | AngryBeaverGirlz (0) 03/21/2003 | FANTASTIC!!!! This young lady is a refreshing source of calm. Her voice is comparable to that of Holiday, smooth, soulful, clear and sensual. I look forward to hearing more of her music.
