Comes off as a sympathetic, 'nice guy'. Truth is he is a Horrible litigator, lacks tenacity, incompetent and regardless of what he says and seems to portray he feels, he's just out for that money. Puts all your issues on the back burner. Doesn't return phone calls, doesn't communicate what he wants to do .. because he wants to do nothing. If he is your attorney, keep a hold of all of your receipts, and bank statements. We've caught him over charging us by a few grand. He is weak in the courtroom and stays disturbingly paralyzed during the moments he should be arguing your case.
