On one hand, this is amusing if you meet someone named Felicity, since it sounds almost the same:
"Hi, my name is Felicity."
"WHAT??? Your name is Facilities? Wow, that must suck to be named after a bathroom! Eat a dick."

On the other hand, it can be confusing:
"Let me give you a tour of our facilities."
"WHAT??? Man, I don't want you to show me around the bathroom. How exciting could it really be? I'm outta here."

An extremely professional way of putting if I guess. Sounds more like a really large room where you can do laundry, attend a meeting, do office work or something rather then take a dump.
