It's a town near Plymouth. You really have to be quite well off to live there. Would love to hear the origins of the association.

Hmm, never heard of this term for a restroom before - I wouldn't be surprised if I don't hear it again either as it does seem very obscure.

As euphemisms go, this is pretty good, although I'm not sure what it says about the town of Duxbury, Massachusetts.

My grandfather always used to say "I'm heading to Duxbury" whenever he had to use the john. I thought this was awesome, even more so because I had a friend from Duxbury.
