Simply one of the funniest, most acerbic shows I've ever seen on TV. A far darker version of "Seinfeld", if you will. The characters in "Seinfeld" were equally unpleasant, self-important and narcissistic, but were presented in such a way that we were supposed to feel a grudging affection for them. There's no such pretense in "Curb Your Enthusiasm" and that's one of the many things I find so refreshing about it. Larry David, as he's presented here, is thoroughly unlikable, alternately timid and abrasive, selfish, superficial. There's really not a likable character here at all, but I've laughed during certain episodes until tears come to my eyes, and that's not something I do as a matter of course. I've written about this show elsewhere and don't want to repeat myself, but it remains one of my favorite TV-comedies, bar none. Not everyone's cup of tea, obviously, but then neither was Lenny Bruce or Bill Hicks.

This is one of the stupidest shows ever created, but it's funny. I've only watched about 2-3 episodes all the way through. I love the one with Shaq in it.

Very funny the 1st 2 seasons but seasons 3 and 4 were terrible. The season 4 finale was good though.

I hate this show, not funny at all like Seinfeld, which is what I was expecting from. Very disappointing.
