This item is a standard refill and the product itself is fine however not a good deal. Costco has them for $10 cheaper and it includes 4 refills rather than 3.

The compact brush heads for the Sonicare Elite are really great. They are half the size of the standard size brush and therefore make it easier to brush in tight spaces

I was advised by a periodontist to use the compact head on my Sonicare Elite. This head really made a huge difference in getting my back teeth cleaner than ever.
The only downside of the brush is that you have to reload it with toothpaste twice because this head is small.

My electric toothbrush isn't that old, but my dentist's office could no longer get them for me. I found just what I needed on Amazon and at a good price. They were just perfect and work great.

the heads are half the normal size,as if they were for children. i will never purchase again
