Fairly easy to set up, has worked great with no stoppages for three weeks now.

This item was purchased to replace an old ATT DSL modem. Works beautiful and I recomend it if your old modem giving you problem. The price was really good compare to brick wall stores.

Have been using the Actiontec DSL modem for a month and have had no problems with it. Installation was easy except for one ID10T problem. Obviously this was not Actiontec's falult.

I don't write many reviews, but this product deserves one.

I have AT&T DSL in Northern California. My 2Wire DSL Modem and WiFi burned out after 2 years. I searched everywhere for a Wi-Fi 802.11n AP and DSL Modem combination unit. The ones I found are all out of stock (2 months!) So I bought this unit yesterday morning on Amazon. I paid for overnight. It arrived at 10:00AM this morning. The DSL was working by 10:15AM.

All I needed to do was know my username and password. Then I checked the box for PPoE during install (I have a Mac - the instructions were excellent.) It took almost 5 minutes the first time for the DSLAM to accept my new CPE, but it worked first time.

Now my DSL is FASTER than before. This unit worked perfectly out of the box with less than 60 seconds of configuration.

HINT: If you have a WiFI AP, hook it up to the Ethernet cable BEFORE you configure the DSL Modem and you will be Wi-Fi enabled the minute the DSL connects.

This product was ordered on the advice of Verizon against my better judgement. Verizon tech support is the pits. After 40 plus years in IT you'd think I had better sense than to listen to someone who misses the key words in IT. Product was refused and returned.
