HORRIBLE customer service. I have had repeated issues with e-mail down. Not only do they totally ignore all of my electoronic suppor requests -- they also don't answer the phone. Nor do they return any of my messages.

Over the past year the reliability of Infinology has been going down-hill. Their customer service has become all but non-existant.

I am up tonight switching all of my stuff to a different hosting company. I highly recommend avoiding Infinology to anybody...unless you don't care about good customer service and reliability.

Infinology has a shiny web site and corporate appearance, but their service is the worst that I have ever experienced. We have invested thousands of dollars and numerous hours setting up software on an Infinology dedicated server only to be frustrated by one outage after another. The Infinology dedicated server has been off-line at least 100 hours in 3 months! The IP addresses that they sold to us were already on black hole lists! They claim 24/7 technical staff, but in all of the numerous times that the server was down, they only answered the phone occassionally and never before 8:30 AM PST. Most of the time, their voice mailbox was full! When someone did finally respond, it was hard to get a staight answer about anything. Infinology gets two thumbs down AND I want my money back! :(

A great service that has begin a downward spiral towards oblivion. From 100% uptime to 80% uptime over the past month spells trouble. Either they're trying to see how many customers they can piss off at one time or they have a death wish. Stay away from Infinology unless you enjoy throwing money away.
