If you are in need of some light entertainment, and you enjoy mumbo jumbo and nonsense, please visit this site. Back when I was a kid, farmers used manure spreaders, a machine, pulled by horses and after WWII, tractors, to make good use of animal excrement. A good spreader is needed here, but I really don't know what use could come from spreading this stuff around. This manure is sterile. Pure twaddle!

Witchvox is OK, but there are a few huge problems with it that really irritate me. First of all, it is extremely Wiccan-based, even though it claims to be for the whole pagan community. For example, most of their user-written article topics are Wiccan, and I couldn't participate. Second, it's pushed on everybody as an excellent place to learn Wicca and witchcraft... Witchvox is a networking site. It's not a learning site. And third, there is a lot of what many people call fluffiness (I don't like that word) running rampant, especially in the News comments. This isn't the fault of the webmasters, but user comments are often riddled with misconceptions, mean-spiritedness toward non-pagans, and pretty much everything else about the pagan community I don't like. I gave it a three, because it -is- a good site, but the huzzah surrounding it and the attitude of many of the people there really brings it down.

If there were ever a staple resource for the online pagan community, this would be it. No other site comes close to the vast amount of information and networking capabilities that the Witches Voice boasts, nor the daily news updates via Wren's Nest. A must see for anyone interested in pagan religions.
