Product came when I was told. Is light weight. I haven't had a chance to use it yet. I needed a lighter fax machine and I didn't have to pay a lot of money even with shipping, I got this item a lot cheaper than through any dept. store. I can't wait to use it. Thank You.

The fax quality is good but the biggest disappointment is the lack of speakerphone. The speaker works only for listening but does not have a microphone to speak into. Bulky machine that occupies lot of space.

There is no disappointment here---the speed of the transaction and quality is what I had hoped for TY
