Not just the best burrito (my fav, super chile verde, sour cream and extra tomotoes), but when you consider value, possibly the best meal in town....no tips, healthy, tasty, and reasonable! Love it!

While perhaps a bit more Californio than your El Toro or your El Castillito burrito, Gordo's are fresh and tasty. Don't ask for refried beans! Personal fave: Super grilled chicken with guac, sour cream, jalepenos and red sauce, followed by an afternoon nap.

Best carnitas in town, no questions. They also melt the cheese on the tortilla for you. Mmmmmm! Great guacamole too. If you're not into pork, though... you might want to try someplace else.

The best burrito around, hands down. La Taqueria and La Cumbre come close but don't kid yourself, this is the real deal.

Barely edible...white man's version of burrito...why eat this pale imitation when you can get authentic most anywhere else?

Gordos has been my favorite for almost 10 years -- since I moved to SF and discovered the massive burritos! I have a theory -- and its only a theory -- still to be tested: I think the 25 & Clement Gordos is *better* tasting than the Gordos at Ninth and Irving. Crazy, but I'd swear it was true. Either way, the best in the city.

Awsome eats... tastiest burrito... but it lacks a little bit of that good ol' Mexico flava that the Mission taquerias have.

The best of the non-Mission Taquerias. The green chicken is especially tasty, and I like that they steam a slice of american cheese in the tortilla.
