El Toro is not a bad taqueria, and is one of the cleaner places you'll find to eat a Burrito. But recently the quality of their Carne Asada has slipped. I used to go to Toro solely for the carne asada tacos, which were huge with high quality steak (better than places like Castillito and Buen Sabor and almost as good as La Taqueria). But no longer. The last couple of times, the carne asada has tasted really gamey or something. As if they've switched to bison.
