Okay I know people wil say No, Return of the King was way better this is my favorite film in The Lord of The Rings trilogy. Like the other two it's extremly long, but we actually like this film so much we want it to be this long. The story is action packed fun with amazing special effects, interesting dialouge, and a few moments of humor. I wish it won more oscar than Return of the King, or Fellowship of The Ring for that matter.

These movies are trash... Why they win awards other than special effects, I will never know...

Call me strange, but this is my favourite movie of the Trilogy. I like this one the best, I guess cause it's never boring. THere are some parts in the other films that don't keep your intrest as long as this one did.

The least satisfying of the trilogy, in my opinion. It's really one huge battle after another from start to finish and essentially serves as a bridge between two better movies. Still deserves a three as part of the set, however.
