I like the fact that this "little movie" that only cost about 6million dollars to make did so well at the box office. An enjoyable funny movie told through the eyes of a greek woman. It was sweet how she met and started dating her non greek boyfriend, how the family reacted.her family was funny and lovable. Word of mouth made this a top seller at the box office.

Having been to two Greek weddings I have two small quibbles of accuracy. Firstly there aren't enough people at the wedding (both the ones in my experience were at least 500 people) and the uncles weren't dressed like Mafia hitmen. Otherwise, pretty funny.

I thought this movie was original,entertaining and very funny.
