 | edt4 (99) 06/02/2006 | I enjoyed them as a teen, although some of their stuff sounds hopelessly dated and naive (maybe cause I'm looking back at them from a middle-aged perspective). "California Uber Alles" and "Holiday In Cambodia" still sound pretty good, still pack a wallop.

 | defbean (5) 02/09/2005 | A great band that had that twist that made it more appealing then the other punk bands, mainly because of it's surf sounding beats. Holiday in Cambodia is the best track and Give Me Convienience or Give Me Death is probably the best album.

 | ellajedlicka21 (5) 02/29/2004 | The Dead Kennedys were the definitive anarchist, hard-core punk band. With incendiary and radical rhetoric, they gave delirious ravings on several singles. The vocal stylings of Jello Biafra make for a plethora of catchy songs. Fresh Fruit For Rotting Vegetables is their best album. Their best song is Kill the Poor but other amazing songs by the Dead Kennedys are Holiday in Cambodia and Jesus was a Terrorist. A truly revolutionary band during the decade of the '80s. They were feared by right-wing politicians and other conservatives during their career.
