If you can find another product for your accounting system, use it! Intuit's customer support is horrendous. They insist on access to your checking account or credit card for payroll updates but refuse to send invoices. (Don't they know the IRS rules about these things.) I tried to get a refund on a incorrect charge to my credit card. Twice was told it would be done and on the third call was told, "we can't give you a refund". The support folks are pleasant but the company's policies are thoroughly anti-customer. It's going to take awhile to disentangle my clients from this system, but I'm on a mission.
