I would only recommend this product if your hair is VERY dry. It kind of made my hair slightly greasy! It did smell great though. If I use shampoo only, it makes my hair nice...not greasy.

I think that Dove's strong suit is its skin care products (I use their bar soap and deodorant daily), but this shampoo is not bad in a pinch. I now have color-treated hair and found this to be successful in moisturizing my hair. I did have to use more of it than I would my more expensive salon-grade products, but it got the job done!

I bought the intense moisture shampoo and conditioner. It was wonderful and smelled great for the first 2 weeks or so, but just as collegegirl17 said it gave me static in my hair whenever I ran my fingers or a brush through it.

I've tried all the dove shampoo and 2 in 1's line, and HAPPY to say that im pleased with the results, it made my hair softer, and NOT weighed down!! Being its very long, and blow dried everyday, mostly i use the 2 in 1's for my hair, being its summer, i use the 2 in 1 for oily to normal hair, then in the winter, i use the moisturizing formula, either the 2 in 1's or the shampoo/conditioner, i dont color my hair, so im not interested in that line, but for me im happy with all the 2 in 1's line, i sure hope they come up with a long and strong shampoo for hair that is long, but needs strength in the hair strands!!

Very beautiful bottle! Great Scent!! The volumnizing formula actually gave my hair volume! I loved dove soap, so when i bought the shampoo, I thought I would be pleased, and I am!

Dove is ok. It has a subtle smell that's pretty nice, and it makes your hair soft and light...but it gave my hair static. I found that certain shampoos do that to me, and Dove is one of them. (If anyone can explain why that happens, that would be great!) :-D

I have tried A LOT of products and have been on the never-ending quest of finding that's right for me. Yes, Pantene makes my hair smooth, but a little too flat and limp. Herbal Essence has a great smell.... but I honestly have to say Dove is truly amazing. Out of all the shampoos I have smelled, Dove has one of the best smells. It's not as flowery as Herbal Essence. It has this clean, fresh, very seductive smell. Even my bf notices!! The commercials are true... Dove makes your hair noticeably SOFTER and your hair doesn't get weighed down... and even better... it smells AMAZING!! I highly recommend it.
