A truly great footballer. Only when he left the Celtic did many came to realise what the faithful always knew. Funny that....the sneering types, (those with an overbearing arrogance) who live in the domain of the big (sic) leagues where EVERY club and EVERY match played are just sublime, suddenly come to a revelation that a player (who was good in the Scottish scene according to them)is worthy of praise.

One of the greatest signings celtic have ever made- 600,000pounds which is nothing in todays game-in return they got a loyal servant for 7 years, a man totally committed to the club and its fans and one of the greatest strikers in the world who is sadly extremely underrated. However sad i was when he left for barcelona i was also happy for this man who gave more than ANYONE could have hoped for-over 200 GOALS!! Truly a Celtic great who resembles everything an alltime great celtic player is -loyal, committed and an outstanding football player.Swedish or not. Good luck Henke i know you will blow the rest of the world apart just like you have blown all ppl in Scotland.Long Live the King!

There are few players who can make the transition from the Scottish league to one of the strong south European leagues (the Spanish) with such great success as Henke has done it. I don't like Barca but I have a tremendous respect for this magnificent forward!
