The quality of the players have outpaced the league. Each team now fields at least a couple of guys who played college ball, and you'll usually see an alley oop or two on any given night. Unfortunately, the refs have not grown with the league. I think the commish needs to upgrade soon, or risk losing a couple of mainstay teams.
