He missed all of last season due to injury and hasn't really put up the kind of numbers or performances to consider him a possible #1 reciever. He's a #2 reciever, and just an average one at that. You can't expect the Eagles to want to plug him in TO's place. If the Eagles don't consider him a potential #1 option, then it shows you he can't be too damn good.
