Most amazing holiday ever!! I have been here 3 time, each time with a savannah view room and I don;t get what people are moaning about. The room was spotless..lovely little balcony, well air conditioned, spacious. The views are to die for and I woke up to animals outside my window every morning. The food in the 2 restaurants is delicious and the only down-side is the long wait and poor service a the "fast-food" area by the pool. We got up really early every morning and went to the free gym, then went for a swim in the pool before getting the free, frequent buses to the parks each day! Wonderful...no complaints at all and looking forward to my stay here next summer.
Some people complain about the food in the restaurants, but they're obviously not open to new ideas. We thought the African food was fantastic and can't wait to eat there again. the atmosphere is lovely and the staff are so polite, friendly and helpful! highly recommended :D
