This was the very first Survivor that I watched and I loved Rupert and Sandra in this. I rooted for Sandra all the way.

not as good as survivors past. and DEFINATLY nowhere near the caliber of the amazing race.

Really great. Really suspenseful and hilarious, and scary, and sad, and happy, & like evrything u cood want in a show.

It was a pretty good season. Not my favorite though. Rupert was introduced to America and Johnny Fairplay became the biggest villain ever on Survivor. We all remember when he told everyone that his grandmother died so he can have immunity. He was shady and we all loved to hate him. But it was a pretty good season.

I supported Survivor from the start, but after a couple hundred episodes or so, it gets a tad repetitive. The first season was interesting because no one knew how exactly to play the game, but now that everyone knows how to play the game, it's a little old. Every single gaming scenario and twist (men vs. women, old vote-offs returned, tribal switches) has been exhausted, so now it's no longer new. Survivor was a classic game and now it should be retired.

Finally, someone likeable and deserving won in the end, had it been Darrah, Jon, or Lil. That would have be the end of my Survivor viewership.

A tad overrated as far as Survivors go, but it was still a fun season. Jon's grandma lie got EVERYONE fired up!

This show got a lucky boost from the start because of the huge popularity carried over from the Amazon series. Too bad it became popular because of a cheesy 'fictitious' character in the person of Rupert, the pirate. Man, let's make Survivor real and pure again!

As of late, survivor reminds me of the halloween movie series. The first two were great, but too many were made and the quality of the movies rapidly went down hill. The same applies here. You can't keep doing the same thing over and over, you should quit whiler you're ahead. Only degenerates who do stupid things like buy the nokia n gage or drink more powerade would be stupid enough to watch this, and what's more---- enjoy it.

Will someone who really have an influence read this? Change the way the survivors get voted off. As it is now the strongest survivor will never win, as he/she is a threat to the weaker ones and will always be voted off. This makes me mad!

I am a humongous Survivor fan. I have watched most every show since Survivor Borneo (Go Rudy). But this one was below expectations. I particularly didn't care for any of the contestants (I did like Skinny Ryan) and that is a key for this show to be truly compelling. Rupert (my daughter thought he was hagrid from Harry Potter) was the focus of the show 'til he was booted off; he didn't do anything for me. Wimpy art geek Jon was utterly detestable. I didn't like the twist of the outcast tribe being brought back. I think the fix was in (they were fed and practiced the challenge beforehand), and ran counter to the whole concept of once your torch is out, you are out. I still liked the show a lot -- 1000 times better than lamo Friends.

This was an ok season. There were a bunch of crap on it that brings it down one star such as Johnny Fairplay and bringing the outcasts back, even though it was an interesting twist. Lots of boring characters too, like Darrah and Burton, but they had a good winner. Sandra did a good job by flying under the radar until the end.

I have loved every Survivor show since it started and I love this one just as much. Rupert is my favorite survivor since he is from Kokomo IN - where I live and I love to watch how he shows up everyone fishing and everything. I dislike Richard Hatch just as much as always. I hope he is off soon. I'm glad his privates are covered up. Disgusting. I really hated to see Jenna go and cried when I saw that her mother died only 8 days after she left. It is amazing how well she communicated with her family telepathically and she was right. I want Rupert to win, but I doubt if he will. He is just too good and gets voted off by the other threatened survivors because they know he will win if he gets to the final 2. I hated to see them without water and food for 3 days. I think that was too much for anyone to handle and started the show off badly.

I truely enjoyed the show and I really hated Jonny Fairplay!

This is the only reality t.v program that I watch I think it is great. I really wish that they would get rid of Jon he is a punk and does not deserve to win. Rupert or Darrah deserves it I can't wait to see who it is just hope and pray that it is not Jon.

I usually don't watch reality TV and now know why, I am getting very frustrated with the stupidity of the women (trusting Jon) and the lies, cheating, backstabbing that is going on. Some of it is: yes, the way the game is played, but Jon has stepped over the bounds of good taste. Playing on everyone's sense of doing the right thing and morals. If Jon wins I will be sick to my stomach because all this shows the world is if it's for money go ahead and lie, cheat and stab you friends, partners and fellow workers in that back. Everyone will understand because it;s for money and greed. Rupert was a good guy and look where it got him.

I have been a big fan of Survivor until now. The Outcast twist was wrong and goes against the show's own motto of Outplay Outwit Outlast. I won't watch from here on in.

I was a fan at first , but the more I watched , the more I was let down. Especially now tha Rupert was voted off, this totally proves this show is not about who is the survivor ,but who is the biggest back-stabber and parasite. Rupert was the only True Survivor , the rest don't deserve to even be there.If you ever read this Rupert I just want you to know , that there are a lot of people out here than feel the same way, you are too good for any of those s*** bags , you are accepted we all love you . And hey, in real life , if this was Real survivor, you would have won and killed those leaches long ago.Good luck and don't ever quit or think you're not good enough again

I actually caught an episode of this, because a relative of mine was watching while we were playing the classic board game, Sorry! and personally, I'm sorry I had to sit through it. Could a show be more mean-spirited and mindless, so devoid of role models, so lacking in inspiration and entertainment value? Yes, I'm afraid so. It seems that everyone was plotting against the person who was bringing in the food (like how the idiots gang up and vote the smart people off of 'The Weakest Link') and weren't going to let him no. And, yes, profanity is present as well. Thankfully, there was no explicit sexual content or violence, but that didn't make it any better. This show is mindless, pure and simple.

I am a BIG Survivor fan. I have watched every show of every season from the beginning. I really like this season a lot. There are two things that kept me from giving the show a five star rating: 1)If this were the Rupert show, I wouldn't mind the fact that other people on the show don't get much screen time because he's always on 2)I HATE IT when reality shows bring ousted contestants back. Morgan clawed their way to being even before the merge, only to have it all messed up by when the other two came back. I still like the show a lot.

Seven years of terrible television, and counting !

I never thought Mark Burnett could top last seasons Survivor...but my goodness he`s gone and done it at the Pearl Islands. Rupert is my favourite to win....heck he deserves it. I just wish Jon would just shut up and go away - he is even moree annoying than Sue Hawk from the first Survivor - if thats possible.

I have to say I am really impressed with the way they have stuck to the pirate theme this year. The buried treasure on the island is an excellent suspense builder, what could possibly be in that box? Even the way they had them bargin with villagers in the beginning was brilliant; for one brief instant Survivor crossed paths with Amazing Race. Not to mention Tribe names that you can ACTUALLY PRONOUNCE, and the first three tribe challenge ever! Next year they should up it to 18 people so they can start with three tribes right from the start. Interesting to see the voted off cast aways come back. I really hope Lillian gets another chance.

This year is pretty much the only year I've payed attentionto this show, and it doesn't seem to be too bad so far, and I think rupert will win.

Crazy cool! I loved Survivor: Pulau Tiga and the Australian Outback. After that, it seemed to get a tad repetitive. This season they have done an excellent job with the tribes buying things and just jumping ship. Rupert seems to be the early favorite, he's so funny, stealing shoes at the beginning, and how he loves to be a pirate. Drake is clearly awesome, and Morgan made a mistake ousting Lil. This is so great, I watch this every week, and tape Friends!

So far this is the most brilliant season of Survivor. For the first time they actually have to survive on their own, without being provided with food and supplies and luxury items by the producers. I absolutely love the concept of having them barter and beg for their supplies at the beginning. Much closer to an actual survival scenario. In addition to that, the cast members are varied in background in personality, and are generally really interesting people. For the first time we have a tribe (Drake) that seems to be gettingn along and thriving, not just barely surviving. Of course, that may change soon. But this season is out to a phenomenal start!
