Much, much better than OfficeMax. What a relief!

The store itself sold me a warranty and refused to honor it. Prices are also high with poor service on top of that. I had the manager's signature on the receipt as well and he came up with a BS excuse to not repair the item. All of the office supply stores are crap: Walmart beats them all.

Merchandise was what I expected.I will shop here again.

That was easy. One of the best office supply stores on earth. Easy to deal with easy to buy from easy to return merchandise to.

They usually have a good inventory but at our local store, it's nearly impossible to find anyone to answer questions. The staff members are either totally inept or cocky and condescending. After a few bad experiences in a row, I stopped shopping there.

This company NEVER told me on any out of stock items but I had to pay for all of the items that I ordered. I order one day a wall clock was chrged for it along with 2 other items. all 3 NEWVER SHOWED UP. Tis was my last order with this corperation I had to file a complanit for $100.00 of items no show with their head suppervisers office. had to call 25 times before I got a refund overnighted to me. I then also filed with the Commenwealth of Pensylvania department of the better busines bero of the exeramly bad service.

"Yeah, we got that." Am thrilled they finally dumped this slogan ... at least 3 times I went in looking for something that would seem to belong in such a store and they didn't have it. Nonetheless, good online shopping, with free delivery at a very reasonable $50. Plus their Staple Rewards program is worth another 3% I believe, with overall prices the same as the competition.

i shop here cuz its closest to my house office max is one more block but thats too far to go. call me lazy

I have gone to Staples quite often to pick up supplies for my printer,computer,and office work I find it is a fantastic store and the associates are very helpful..Shop there again?? YES I WOULD

Staples is the best office supply store!!) They have efrything, plus lists of suggested items for the following school year. Not many other places have that. Staples has a wide variety of items. If you ever need certain office supplies, count on Staples. They will have it.
