I haven't had Zima in a really long time! However, I remember liking it. I always remembered it as tasting like sprite!

I liked it when I was in high school and didnt know any better. I wouldn't drink it now tho, unless there weren't any more options.

I quit drinking alcohol from 1992 to 1993, then Zima showed up. I tried some and liked that it didn't give me a hangover like too many beers did. I was a loyal drinker of Zima until sometime around 1995 they changed the formula and made it TOO sweet. The six pack carton even boasted that is was "NOW EVEN MORE REFRESHING!" Well . . . I disagree. I called the company but they didn't have much to say about it. I stopped drinking Zima then and there. Fast forward to 2008 and just a few weeks ago, I grabbed a 6-pack of what was labeled Original Citrus but unfortuately it was the sweeter version. They also released a Zima "Gold" back in 1995 but it was awful! So much for a company ruining a good product. Bye bye Zima.

Had one once. Didn't care for it. Good choice for someone who doesn't like beer, wine, mixed drinks, hard cider, etc.

I am rating this NEW ZIMA with 1 star because I can't rate it lower. I was one of the original Zima followers having my first in 1993 or 94. Now they've changed to this lower calorie and lower carbonation.....might as well add lower taste to it. It tastes like --- well, nothing good ---. Good-bye Zima. I will definitely miss you. Not sure what else I'll drink, but the new Zima it will not be.

Zima is pretty good. i have tryed it a few times. i like it it's got a really good taste. it does taste kind of like soda. in fact me and my frineds are going to have a party tomorrow and we are geting zima. i hope it is fun. we are going to drink all night. i know people that love zima and they aren't guy so i don't know who would say something like that online. I love a good beer, but for a great buzz quick the Zima XXX with green olives and pimentos (9 per bottle) gives a nice suck!! P.S. I do not think I would be spit in the face.

*** True Story *** I was at a party one night and I happened to see a nice man holding and sipping on a can of ZIMA!!! I turned to him and spit in his face. Anyone who drinks this crap is a target toward things in the face. Zima is for rich f@gs and for people that don't know how to drink and enjoy a good BEER!!!

I love the new flavors of Zima xxx. The orange and black cherry are awesome. Much better than the other brands and MORE alcohol which is always good. I love the colors and I hear they are coming out with apple this month!

When I first started drinking and hadn't acquired the taste for beer it was good stuff but now I rarely drink it. It's not verly sweet and it makes you feel good.

I'm assuming we're including Zima XXX in this group and not just the original Zima?? If so, I love the stuff! Zima XXX comes in 3 flavors: hard lemon lime (what I call original flavor, hard orange, and hard black cherry. They're all very good. I almost always try to have a few in my frig. Here in Newark, Delaware (I don't know about anywhere else) I can buy it in big 24 oz cans for $1.00 .. that's right: 24 oz of good beer for a buck. And no tax. I love Delaware. LOL.. Anyway, Zima XXX is definitely a delicious beer (malt beverage w/ 5.9% alc by vol). It goes well with anything, since it tastes pretty much like a soda, and makes you feel good after a few. Try it. You'll like it.

taste like water mixed with baking soda.. get mike's hard lemonade or mike's hard lime.. don't waste your money on this

I miss the old version of this stuff. It used to be ok, but I think they changed the formula a bit, along with the bottle. Same old malt bev. stuff now.
