most of mcdonalds breakfast items aren't very good, but this one i can live with

Pretty greasy, but my choice for breakfast at McD's.

I'm in a bad rut in which every time I drop my wife off at Caltrain, I pick up one of these things on the way back. It's amazing that they can taste so good and still be good for you.

I make them at home constantly, 1 Free Range Egg, English Muffin, Kraft Cheese Slice, Linconshire Sausage (Flattened), the dogs knackers, never met anyone who hasnt said hmmmm after eating

w/extra sausage? Hmmm, I used to eat these almost everday when I worked the 3rd shift at Toys-R-Us...

Simply the best commercial fast food chain breakfast sandwich. To make it even better, add a hash brown to the sandwich. Its really crunchy and yummy that way.

McDonald's eggs are GROSS! Whenever I order the Sausage McMuffin, I order the one without the egg.
