06/18/2002 | Every time the World cup rolls around I pick out an underdog team to root for. Invariably, the team doesn't make it out of the first round. Imagine my excitement when Senegal, a newcomer to the World Cup and the underdog team I've been cheering for, makes it to the quarterfinal round! Wahoo!
