11/08/2006 | In this world there are those people who need canned laughter on comedy shows to let them know something amusing's occurred. They are probably best advised to watch video compilation shows where someone falling off a swing/bicycle/log/wall is the height of comedy. For those whom a laughter soundtrack is unnecessary this show is fully recommended as it is wry, understated and original.

01/08/2006 | I am a bit surprised to see it so far down the list also. I want to assume that it is because most have not had the opportunity to watch it. Definitely one of my top ten television shows of all time. Wonderful adult humor that allows you to be immature and childish occassionally. Wish that I could see more but will just have to commensate with Extras. Another hilarious series that he started.

01/06/2006 | I like the office and am sloghtly outraged that it is ranked lower than the u.s version. Rickie Jevace is hillarious and is witty sarcasm has me in stiches every time.

04/30/2005 | Excellent show. Almost uncomfortable to watch at times. The sort of comedy where you want to quote lines to people the next day, but when you do, it just falls flat because, well, you just have to see it.

04/02/2004 | Classic. One of the few UK sitcoms that is laugh out loud.Non-stereotypical characters. Smart and witty script. Realistic setting. Original and non-derivative plots. Only problem is that it is too subtle for the many potatoheads out there in TV viewer land who need canned laughter to show them when to laugh.

11/02/2003 | "The Office" is pure brilliant! Even watching it over and over I get a laugh each time. Gareth and Tim are the funniest. This show makes you cringe from the pain of realization that you too probably know people just like these!!!
