River City Tattoos on 6th Street was great. I have had two experiences there - once several years ago to get my tongue pierced and then again just last week to get my first tattoo. Chris worked on me and my two friends and he was great. The tattoos look out of this world. The only reason I am not giving a Great rating is that no information was given about tattoo maintenance.
