I started Phentermine on July 1, 2008 and it is working great. However, I am bothered with constipation Are there any suggestions that may help me. I have increased my water intake tremendouly...thought that would help me but it hasn't so far.

I took Phentermine for about 4 months and lost 58 pounds, most of it in the first 3 months. But I used to get it online, and now that's illegal. The last package I received had fake pills anyway, in a baggie with 2 black hairs in the package from whoever put it in there... Ummmmmmmmm no thanks! Since then I've moved on to try hoodia which didn't work for me, but phentramin-d does. I got the phentramin-d in 2 days after ordering, in a real box and real bottle. It's working well so far and I'm halfway to my goal of losing the last 23 pounds!!! I also found another phentramin reviews site if you are looking for more reviews like I was. Wish me luck!

It is true that Phentermine is a tablet that is used for weight loss, but when prescribed, your doctor should be aware of all your medical history in order to give the proper advice. It’s because there would be some problems if you are pregnant or if you are under alcohol influence. You may avoid these circumstances.

i have been taking phentermine since mid feburary and it is now early june....my start weight was 278 pounds ... weighed in on 3/31 @ 258
then on 5/12 @ 240
it is now 6/9 and i have not been weighed for almost a month, that has been one of my biggest downfalls in the past....weighing everyday and expecting results. But i know i have lost more as i am fitting into smaller and smaller pants almost every week. I dont do "organized" excersize per say, but this med has enabled me to learn healthier eating habits and stick with them. I limit colorie intake and eat the right foods to support metabolism. MANY people in my life have seen how much weight I have lost and asked me how i am doing it and Im always honest that I am taking something to aide me but im sure to add that the pill is not a cure all and I have changed my eating habits as well. I am very happy with the results I have acheived with the aide of phentermine and would recommend it to people who are not in a fantasy world where a pill will do all the work. It has been almost 4 months and I would estimate I have lost around 60 pounds...that is 15 pounds per month...or 3.75 pounds a week. I am enjoying my life now and food is not like an addiction anymore in the sense that everything revolves around it.

I have been taking phentermine for 1 week and 2 days. I can't believe it has worked as well as it has. This is for anyone who wants to lose weight. I have so much more energy now.

I took Phentermine for a little over 6 months and lost over 120 pounds. I watched what I ate and exercised regularly. It really helped to curb my appetite and gave me the energy that I thought was lost for ever. I highly reccomend this for anyone who has a hard time losing weight and wants to get their LIFE back!!! I was taking meds for high blood pressure for over 10 years. And I no longer have to take them anymore.My blood pressure is GREAT now that the weight has come off!! I'm feeling better now at 38 then I did when I was 28.

I have been talking phetermine for 13 days now and have already lost 10 pounds. concidering i weighed 175 when I started it's a good improvement for me. I have a 3 month supply so hopefully when I'm finished I'll be down to around 135-140!!! i love this diet pill, it works!!!

A friend was on this. She lost weight but she was really nasty and cleaned everything constatly. After a few weeks, it stopped working so she gave up on it.
