I started Phentermine on July 1, 2008 and it is working great. However, I am bothered with constipation Are there any suggestions that may help me. I have increased my water intake tremendouly...thought that would help me but it hasn't so far.

i have been taking phentermine since mid feburary and it is now early june....my start weight was 278 pounds ... weighed in on 3/31 @ 258
then on 5/12 @ 240
it is now 6/9 and i have not been weighed for almost a month, that has been one of my biggest downfalls in the past....weighing everyday and expecting results. But i know i have lost more as i am fitting into smaller and smaller pants almost every week. I dont do "organized" excersize per say, but this med has enabled me to learn healthier eating habits and stick with them. I limit colorie intake and eat the right foods to support metabolism. MANY people in my life have seen how much weight I have lost and asked me how i am doing it and Im always honest that I am taking something to aide me but im sure to add that the pill is not a cure all and I have changed my eating habits as well. I am very happy with the results I have acheived with the aide of phentermine and would recommend it to people who are not in a fantasy world where a pill will do all the work. It has been almost 4 months and I would estimate I have lost around 60 pounds...that is 15 pounds per month...or 3.75 pounds a week. I am enjoying my life now and food is not like an addiction anymore in the sense that everything revolves around it.

A friend was on this. She lost weight but she was really nasty and cleaned everything constatly. After a few weeks, it stopped working so she gave up on it.
