I took Phentermine for about 4 months and lost 58 pounds, most of it in the first 3 months. But I used to get it online, and now that's illegal. The last package I received had fake pills anyway, in a baggie with 2 black hairs in the package from whoever put it in there... Ummmmmmmmm no thanks! i have been taking phentermine since mid feburary and it is now early june....my start weight was 278 pounds ... weighed in on 3/31 @ 258
then on 5/12 @ 240
it is now 6/9 and i have not been weighed for almost a month, that has been one of my biggest downfalls in the past....weighing everyday and expecting results. But i know i have lost more as i am fitting into smaller and smaller pants almost every week. I dont do "organized" excersize per say, but this med has enabled me to learn healthier eating habits and stick with them. I limit colorie intake and eat the right foods to support metabolism.
