Quaker state green bottle is a good product. Use a quality filter (wix, napa, stp) and run this oil for 10,000 miles with filter changes each 4,000 mi.. Draining oil too often causes increased engine wear -a sae study confirms this. If engine has excess wear then use a thicker oil in warm climates.
10w-40 may be a good choice. thicker oil seals a worn engine better with a reduction in oil contamination resulting in a 10,000 mile oil service life.

I have friends who say this oil sucks and to stay away from it, its a cheap lousy oil.
