WHAT THE F***! Why are all the minority coaches getting fired and replaced with white guys?! C'mon! Firing Paul Silas wasn't justified. The Cavs were slumping, but they're young right now. Why fire Silas? He's a good coach. You know what? So far this year, 5 NBA teams had African-American coaches to start the season and they got fired only to be replaced by those white guys. For the past 3 years, 12 African-Americans have been replaced by white men. I guess it takes a white man to clean out the mess right? WTF!

He should have been the New Orleans Hornet coach this season. I guarantee, if Silas had stayed, we would have possibly taken the championship. He is a well-respected coach. Good Luck, Paul!
