well from the mouth of someone i know who was a professional wrestler and personally worked with dave bautista and a few others you see on t.v before he became so famous ..

he has two sides to his personality but i guess he was kindof cool with my friend who no longer wrestles because they worked together ....and beleive me or not i personally know that the few times i encoutered the man before he became the person everyone sees to day world wide on television he is best described as being the quite type and really doesn't say alot he can be a bit of an ass but he was somewhat cool with me but like i said our encounters was brief all buisness and to the physical encounters so i guess each is allowed to have there own opinions ...

  Batista is only the champion because he looks cool. Im not a hater, for a 40yr old man he looks great, but he's a real jerk. At an autograph signing he called a kid with a hearin' problem retarded. If he were a heel than things would be different but this guy is supposed to be a face character.

Batista has caused friction with other wrestlers too. King Booker had to whoop his ass backstage. He's not that good on the mic either and he has the charisma of a pet rock.

Batista is the shit and if anyone thinks that he would get his ass handed to him by the old superstars your crazy. there are only two old superstars that even compare with batista. Stone Cold Steve Austin and Hulk Hogan.

I think this man is pretty much a jobber.He is a massive person and creates some good routines but his propensity to get injured and feable interview skills place him well below some others on this list.He never would have beaten the Dustys,Flairs,Hogans,Harleys,for a world title and he would of been walked over by the road warriors no matter who his tag partner was.He should have stuck with evolution and learned to hone his craft better but that is w.w.e. fault because they always want to push their big body faces and inexperienced performers(ala Leshay).He is a huge person and should't he be expected to beat somebody up.I can't rate someone that high just for that or the way a suit fits on him.Remember he started wearing a suit because that is what Flair told him to do.

I think that Batista is a very fine person o marry. He is real down to earth person.I would really like to meet im in person with the wait and rush.I knew all along that Batista was going to win the world heavy weight belt.I always have had fate in him.Batista is my role modle.

Wrestling is meant to be watched and I enjoy watching Batista because of his strength, behaviour and physical appearance. He is very handsome and sexy.

Batista is hot! Great body, handsome, great voice, and a powerful wrestler. He really cares for his fans and it shows. Even though he no longer has the belt (temporary state of affairs, I'm sure), he is still the CHAMP. Oh, and the man can work a suit like nobody's business!

I am a huge fan of Dave Batista. He is a great champion and a great man. There is no doubt in my Dave Batista will be forever remembered as one of the greatest World Heavyweight Champion of all time. I am so impressed with his loyality to the company and to his fans. Currently, he is recuperating from triceps surgery but I anticipate him to return strong and ready to reclaim his rightful place as the World Heavyweight Champion. I think Batista is totally awesome! He is the total package. I like the true character that he plays now vs. the "mean animal". I think he can wrestle great, no, he can't rap or make rhymes on the mic, but I don't know about everyone else. I would get tired if everyone did all of that. That's what makes his character so real, he doesn't try to be someone or something he is not. I love it! Besides, who cares if he can do anything, he looks "Sexy" thats all that matters.

He took my advice and ditched the henchman gig. A little simplistic to the point that we have yet to see that great match out of him. How many powerbombs can we take? He's a beast in the ring and has even shown a little smartass mic work in his promos. Solid guy who I like to see hold the title.

Dave Batista, is a real guy and someone that children look up to as a hero. He's calm and when needs be he can defend himself. Batista has great skills both on the mat in the ring talking. Don't knock it until you've been in front of 20,000 people or more. Way to go Batista your won heck of a great guy

i really like batista's character, but his mic and wrestling skills aren't up to the level where he actually is....he needs to work on those. mic skills = 3, character = 5, wrestling skills(counts twice) = 2

Tremendous ring presence, intensity and energy. WWE has been very smart to give him time for development and build his character than just throw him into the spotlight like what happened with Goldberg and Brock Lesnar. Hope he can add a bit more speed into his wrestling style though, but top dog for the present and future no doubt.

Well, I've said it before, Batista has what it takes to be a champion, and he is now. I am ecstatic!!! He's not as flawless in the ring as I would have love him to be, but what the heck, he can get it on. That guy has the ability to raise excitement with his mere perscence, electrifying really. I hope he'll have worthy opponents, wonderful storylines and a lengthy reign. I wish him all the best, just because he deserve it.

I have grown to like Dave Batista and I think he has great potential for a long career. With some more experience in the entertainment aspect of professional wrestling he could be a champion. I hope that McMahon doesn't waste his talent because I think Batista has the capability to be much more than a mid card attraction.
