Sharper Image SUCKS! A store for silly people with to much money.I never shopped there before and after my experience would NEVER again.
I was given a gift of a neck massager- which was a thoughtful, loving gift from a good friend.But it was too awkward and heavy to use, so I returned it. Store policy is store credit only, ok, so I picked out something else- a water pik system.Took it home and it didn't work. Another trip to the store and the water piks are no longer in stock( probably because they don't work)traded it for a sonicare power tooth brush- which was over priced-I know it is sold for less in other stores, and the battery is damaged from being on the shelf for too long and running out of charge, so it can't hold a charge.I am going to try and return to manufacturer rather than deal with the blunted service and products of this store.

You should have bought a U-Haul for your mouse instead, it would have been cheaper. But you sound like you're the expert at moving and dealing with rats...

I paid $50.00 for a gift card that does not work. THey have been promising to replace it and/or call me back for 3 months. I am going to sue them in small claims court.

Overpriced and the shipping is incredibly exorbitant and S-L-O-W! I found a mouse in my garage and ordered the Mouse Mover. For $50 I got a 6 oz.(?) piece of cheap plastic that looks like it was made in Taiwan. They charged me $10 just to ship it, and the actual shipping cost to them was less than $2! It also took over two weeks to get here. Was going to buy something else from them @ the same time, but when I saw S&H would total over $20 for two light-weightitems (they apparently charge based on total cost, so S&H charges even increase if you buy extended warranties!), I decided against it. First and last buy from SI-=--never again!

The products they sell are very useful and of an excellent quality. And addicted, I AM!
