you have to buy this line.. which is the second highest priced line just to get AGP cababilities. Also when I worked there they treated me really bad.

Dell use to be good up until around 1999-2000.....Dell Suck now.

It is now April. In November I ordered a Dell computer - The one that arrived had the Wrong CPU!, wrong Graphics Card!!, and Wrong Speakers!!! - I mean what else is there? It was the WRONG Machine!!! Next Dell billed me for the wrong amount, "corrected" for the wrong amount (twice) and 6 MONTHS LATER it is still WRONG. I have not received the correct bill yet. What a Nightmare! Trying to get a competent person to speak to at Dell has proven to be even harder than getting the computer I wanted!! SAVE YOURSELF – RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN AWAY FROM DELL

I have had the dell 8100 laptop for a year and it it pretty good with no problems. Just wait for the sales because I was going to get the compaq and waited until the dell was cheaper. I have had compaq before and this dell is better. They always have software updates online you can download. Never got one update from compaq. Most of my family have HP because they are cheaper but they some minor problems. Gateway is way to expensive and not any better.
