My favorite choice of drug for a head cold. I like the ibuprofen for the head pain relief. It also has Pseudoephedrine. That is the most important ingredient. Without pseudoephedrine, don't buy it! You have to go to the pharmacy counter to buy it. Don't waste your money on the drugs you can purchase on the shelves, junk!!!
