 | dabomb01257 (0) 05/08/2007 | I've been taking Trimspa for about two weeks and I have to say this products is very good as long as you enjoy throwing up all over the place and shitting your brains out. I can really see where you lose the weight because you can't keep anything down. I would say it is the number one drug on the market today. Thanks Trimspa.

 | Selena020102 (0) 03/11/2007 | I've been takin Trimspa for about 3 weeks now and it seems to be working really well for me. I wanted to try an experiment with it to see exactly how powerful this pill actually is. The first week all I did was trade unhealthy food for healtier food. I didn't keep track of my calories or anything. I just tried to eat sensible. Well when I weighed in at the end of the week I had lost 4 1/2 pounds. Then the second week I just ate whatever I felt like eating. Chips, cookies, chicken, pizza, whatever sounded good at the time. I ate some healthy food too. But when I weighed in at the end of that week I had gained almost 5 pounds. Then in the third week I actually wrote down what I ate and kept track of my calories andd stuff. And there wasn't a day that I went over 1200 calories. When I weighed in at the end of that week I had lost 8 1/2 pounds. Now this week I'm gonna add exercise into the mix and see what I get. So yes Trimspa does work but you still have to watch what you eat. There is no miracle drug that will just take everything you eat and burn it off. It's not that easy. Losing weight is hard work, but for me taking Trimspa seems to make it a little easier. I never feel hungry and I almost have to force myself to eat. Which I like. As long as I don't feel the urge to eat, I don't eat. The hunger pangs are gone and I never worry that I'm depriving myself of anything. Because once a week I have what I call a cheat day. Usually the day after I weigh myself, and on that day I eat anything that I want. All the things I couldn't eat earlier in the week I eat on that day. But the next day I'm right back to eating between 1000 and 1200 calories. I've tried two different kinds of the Trimspa product, the Trimspa X32, and the Trimspa Ultra. And for me the X32 works better. It seems to work for me and I'm gonna continue to take and see what happens.

 | elektraacutie (0) 03/06/2007 | I'm a late night eater. I can't go to bed without having a FULL meal, which was making me pack on the pounds. I take 2 Trimspa in the morning, along with a healthy breakfast of oatmeal and milk. For lunch, I try to have some protein and vegetables and another Trimspa pill. I have dinner around seven, and find that I don't have any desire to gorge myself before bed. Although the pills don't make me jittery or hyper at all, I found that taking a fourth pill may keep me from falling asleep as fast as I usually do at night. I like these pills because they don't make me speedy, and I can control my tendency to eat excessively. I can eat healthy without feeling deprived.

 | Liyah1821 (0) 01/25/2007 | This would be my 5th day taking Trim Spa and I am enjoying it. I am not sure whether I have lost weight on it yet because I forgot to weigh myself the morning I started taking it, however, it has helped tons with the food cravings. I am eating a much small breakfest and lunch. The only problem I have had with it so far is between lunch and dinner I seem to get hungry quickly. I think that I am taking the morning and afternoon pills to close together. I take 4 a day, 2 in the morning, 1 before lunch and 1 before dinner. I have also found that feel like vomiting after dinner but I beleive that is before my lunch and dinner are to far apart.
TIP - Force yourself to eat little HEALTHY snacks throughout the day, starving yourself is not good for your body and you will normally gain back all the weight once you start eating again.
Also, drink ALOT of water! I am drinking about 8-10 bottles of water a day!

 | white112106 (0) 01/13/2007 | I've been taking Trimspa for a week now. So far I have lost around 5 pounds. Trimspa is great at reducing appetite. I usually eat about 4 Club crackers with cottage cheese on them for a meal. And I'm full. Last night, my husband and I went to my favorite restuarant, which I ordered what I normally get. After half of the salad I was full. But I had a whole order of grilled shrimp coming. Yikes! After eating about 1/2 the shrimp, I was so sick. After vommitting up my supper I felt better. Now I know not to force myself to eat...even if it is delicious grilled shrimp!

 | toomanyhohos (0) 12/23/2006 | I've been taking Trimspa X32 for three weeks now, and I've found it to do exactly what it says it will do. I've lost 15 pounds so far, with a whole bunch more to go. It's not a miracle drug, though. It's not getting rid of the weight all by itself. What it's done is it has helped me to stay on a real diet without feeling like I'm starving all the time. I've always been a big eater, and diets were hard to stick to. I take two tablets in the morning about 30 minutes before breakfast, which is usually one packet of instant oatmeal with a small glass of orange juice or a Slim-fast meal bar (I keep them in my desk at work for the days I'm in too much of a hurry to eat before I leave the house.) I keep a pot of Lipton's lemon flavored green tea going and drink it over the course of the day (a switch from the coffee and diet coke I was living on previously.) I take another tablet before lunch, which is always can of non-creamy, non-condensed soup (look for ones with little fat and lots of vitamins) and a low-sodium V-8. I take one before supper, which I try to eat before 6:00 PM. My supper is 1/2 plate of vegetables, 1/4 plate of protein, 1/4 plate of starch, and a big glass of skim milk. See, my change in eating habits is what is losing the weight; Trimspa has been instrumental in helping me stick with it. I felt a little jittery during the first week, but that was mild and disappeared by the second week. Since my last one of the day is taken prior to 6:00 PM, it doesn't seem to effect my sleep. One thing I have to say is, I actually feel like I have more energy. Not hyper, jittery energy, but "Hey, I think I'll go for a walk" energy. All in all, so far, so good! Next week, I'm starting to work in walking and plan to be jogging in 5 weeks.

 | onionval (0) 06/30/2006 | After taking the second dose, I wound up going to the emergency room with symptoms of nausea, vommiting and chest pain. The Dr. recommended to discontinue immediately. I have no medical problems and just wanted to lose about 20 pounds. I decided to try a new product and so far no adverse reaction.

 | cytelatngal (0) 01/12/2006 | I have been taking trimspa for almost a month. I like the energy it gives me but I havent really noticed a decrease in appetite, I dont eat as much as I used to but, I am always feeling hungry. So far I've only lost 4lbs but I am going to stick to my diet and exercise to see if the hunger starts to decrease as my body gets used to the smaller portions of food i am taking in. Anyone else experiencing similar things?

 | Psychosister (0) 12/30/2005 | So far so good. I have been taking 2 in the morning (just before lunch really, and 1 in the afternoon. This is my second day. I had a little bit of insomnia last night, but fell asleep eventually - and I have a history of insomnia, so this wasnt that bad, I just wouldnt take it very late in the afternoon. Today, my appetite seemed to be cut in half. I dont have any jitters or anxiety yet, and I do suffer with anxiety...but so far so good. I think the Trimspa is working great so far. I hope it continues. I was actually surprised at how much it supressed my appetite.

 | prettygirl_101 (0) 12/07/2005 | Well I am an avid gym going, however, It's been a while since i've been able to go..so I figure what the heck, why not try TrimSpa Baby! I've take the recommended doseage (2 so far) and I've been to the bathroom about 5 times already.. However, I have been experiencing so stomach pain and so nausea already. But I ate a piece of toast already and my body disgarded it within 20min, so imagine a real meal. I think it will work if you can make it through the side affects. I expereince no jitters which is also a plus. I just think my body needs to get use to it... TIP: DRINK LOT'S OF WATER!!!!

 | FatnoMoreinOC (0) 11/08/2005 | I should give it a 5 for appetite suppression. I am NEVER hungry and the reviews are true. At lunch i force myself to eat and even then it's only half of what I used to get. I eat for nutrition and energy. My big problem are stomach aches and slight naseau. I took it 7:30 PM and the naseua started at 10:00 PM...when I drank orange juice. I wonder if the acid in the juice helped the stomach pain. I get naseau everyday though and mostly at night, so I cannot figure that out. When I take 2 pills in the morning, it pretty much fills me up until about 5pm. So I eat a small lunch and for breakfast I force myself to have a banana and perhaps some cereal. I don't believe in starving your body and we need nutrition. Tomorrow I will try 3 pills. That's 2 in the morning and one in the evening around 5:00 PM. I think we all need to play with various doses to find that great fit. I have not yet lost any weight but I started 4 days ago. I cannot imagine not losing weight because I am constantly full and food is no longer on my mind..

 | Hunger Controlled (0) 09/27/2005 | I started using trimspa X32 about 3 days ago and I am totatlly amazed. The way this pill controls you appetite is amazing. You don't feel hungry at all and when u do munch on something, u don't eat it all b/cause u feel full. I feel very satisfied as far as controlling my hunger goes. I hope I can say the same for losing weight!

 | JerryD333 (0) 09/21/2004 | I have been taking it for a week, the ephedra-free version. Personally, it does nothing for me. I notice no decreased appetite, and have actually gained a pound. I will finish the bottle, then switch to something else. It's a high-priced snake oil.

 | HappySonInLaw (0) 07/15/2004 | I purchased some TRIMSPA for my mother in law and she has lost 35 pounds and staying that way for months.
The last time I saw her this skinny was in 1971!, exclaimed my father in law.
Rock on! I'm totally in with my in-laws now.
