My experience with Pronto was terrible. I own a restaurant in the Austin area and contracted with pronto. This place is crooked. They damaged a vehicle while in tow and took me to court for it because they didn't want to pay the customer for damages. They claimed my restaurant was responsible for the damage. Of course, they lost the suit and I now have a new wrecker service contract. But if you are considering doing business with Pronto, I'd suggest looking elsewhere. The owner threatened me physically several times, saying he was going to kick my ass. However, in court he appeared to act civil. When all of the evidence came out the judge concluded that only a tow truck could have caused the damage and pronto was ordered to pay $2,341 in damages to the owner. Steer clear of pronto.
